Nu Yu Pilates is a boutique studio providing individual programs and small group classes. One on one classes are flexible to suit your personal goals and needs. Based on the Sunshine Coast, we take a client centered approach to providing you with a calm and caring environment.

You will have access to equipment such as the Pilates reformer and Pilates Wunda chair, together with other small apparatus, granting you a work out that is both challenging and restoring. You will leave feeling strong, toned and in control. Movement determines your age, not years!
